Sometimes an  experience is so powerful it will change your life forever.  That is exactly what happened to Mark Pankratz on a mission trip to India. From the moment he stepped off the plane, he was struck by the poverty he saw. Children were kneeling in mud puddles trying to bathe, others were picking through piles of trash hoping to find something to eat; most didn’t have shoes to wear.  Mark knew he couldn’t walk away from this experience without making a difference in their lives.

In that Bombay slum, Mark had an epiphany.  To this day, he continues to make time for mission work all across the globe. Through his church, he is committed to spreading joy, feeding the poor, and helping make a brighter future for children everywhere.

It is no surprise that Mark felt the need to do something to help in the impoverished village.  As a local pastor, he has been helping people in his own community in the South Okanagan for years.  Respected and loved for his charitable spirit, Mark truly lends a helping hand whenever he can. “I really believe we are here to help others, to make a difference in the lives of others whenever we can,” explains Mark.  “Serving People Changing Lives” isn’t just a motto for Mark, it’s a way of life

When it comes to his professional career, Mark tries to apply the same “make a difference” philosophy.  His drive to make a positive impact plays a key role in his success as a real estate professional. Mark and his wife Raë are also parents to 5 grown children, one adopted daughter and one foster daughter.  They call the younger ones their “second family.”

Born and raised in the Okanagan, Madison spent the last five years studying at UBCO and received a Bachelors Degree with honours in Bio Chemistry.  Madison is the newest addition to the Results Team, joining as a licensed assistant. She has a proven track record of diligence and perseverance, and a love for serving others.

Loving where you live and work is a very important to Greg. Having called Penticton home for over 30 years, Greg has planted deep roots in the community through his church life, career, his wife and three children and recreational activities. Greg was previously a youth minister for over 12 years and has an authentic enthusiasm, passion, and caring nature. Greg has proven throughout his career his high integrity, strong loyalty, and an unwavering drive to give the best service and results to everyone he comes in contact with.

Greg graduated with a Diploma in Business as well as a Bachelor of Christian Studies and has equipped him with the compassion and tools to effectively serve the Penticton real estate housing market. A new home can change someone’s life and being able to help and give results fuels Greg’s motivation. Greg is excited to be joining the South Okanagan Results Real Estate team as a licensed assistant.

Raised in Penticton, I am proud to call the South Okanagan home. Growing up here has given me a deep appreciation for the people, lifestyle, and strong sense of community that make this region such a special place to live.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent much of my life playing competitive hockey. My journey took me from the Okanagan Hockey Academy to junior hockey on Vancouver Island before finishing my career with the Summerland Steam. Hockey taught me the value of hard work, discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, qualities that continue to guide me both personally and professionally today.

When I’m not helping clients buy or sell real estate, you’ll often find me enjoying everything the South Okanagan has to offer. Whether it’s a round of golf, a day on the lake fishing, camping with family and friends, or exploring the outdoors, I have a genuine love for the lifestyle that makes this area such an incredible place to call home.

Dennis was born and raised on a farm in Saskatchewan.  After school, he started a career in banking with CIBC. Looking for more opportunities, Dennis moved to Penticton in 1968 and worked for a morgage and finance company for 8 years. Dennis attained his Real Estate Appraisal Designation and Real Estate Licence in 1977 and has enjoyed a successful Real Estate career for over 44 years during which time he has handled over 1500 Real Estate transactions.

Dennis has also been very active in the community and is involved with the Knights of Columbus, Old Timers Hockey, One Sky Community Resources and the Penticton Drop-In Centre. He also does considerable volunteer work with the Annual Elvis Festival, Jazz Festival and various local charitable organizations.

Bev was born and raised in Vanderhoof, BC.  After college, Bev spent a year travelling through Western Canada, the US, India and the Philippines with a mission organization doing drama, music and puppet theatre for children. She then entered the business world in Calgary working for an Oil and Gas Company.  It was in Calgary that she met her husband Andrew. They were married in 1993 and have two grown sons. Andrew says she is an expert at “keeping the boys in line!”  Bev has been an administrative assistant and executive assistant in several businesses and she and her husband also own a successful consulting firm.  Bev brings a steady hand and attention to detail to the South Okanagan Results Team where she will make sure all the details of each transaction are carefully attended to.  As her husband says…she is still “keeping the boys in line!”

Bev enjoys playing recreational softball and travelling, having travelled all over the US, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama and Tahiti.  A couple of items on their bucket list is to see all of the Formula One Races in person in one season and to do a rollercoaster holiday!

They also volunteer for PeachFest here in Penticton and are the “Floaties”, otherwise known as the Float Drivers for the PeachFest Float which travels to about 20 parades a year around BC, AB and Washington.  Our Penticton Ambassador ride on the float and promote Penticton in all of these communties.
